Grandmaster rank too grindy?

Win + 6-7 kills doesn't even grant you +30. Isn't that a bit too grindy? I mean at least give me something like +50. I also feel like kills doesn't even give you anything it's like all about placements which is absurd.

Nope, it's not... it's pretty easy to reach ACE since the lobbies are full of bots.

I'm not saying it's hard it's def easy if you're good but it just takes ages to get there that's my point. Emphasis on the word grindy.

Yeah i don't really see the fun behind purely grinding for ace playing multiple hours for couple o' days. I'll reach it for sure but there is no way i'm playing just for grinding.

I've reached grandmaster in about maybe 27-28 hours (that is if you count the AFK times) and spending 5-10 hours just to reach the next tier sounds kinda boring.

I mean in most games reaching mid to high tier bracket usually takes time. You should only grind it if you want the rewards. Even then the rewards aren't that great lol. Even doing it casually you will hit Ace pretty quickly. I hit Ace around 28ish hours that counts afking. Just play smart... there's tons of bots in a lot of the matches on top of that you just need to place in top 4 to get a large chunk of exp. Best advice if you care enough to quickly rank up. Don't drop Carnivale or shopping mall.

I'd just want everything to be flat tbh. Like get same amount of points at every rank. It's not like GM is the only problem lower ranks like bronze silver and gold are too unforgiving. My duo who was bronze was gaining like 150 points while i was gaining maybe like 50 at diamond.

Well did you improve so much since you were bronze? You are granted by your performance. Maybe you're not as good as you think and you deserve your current rank.

My point is not that i can't progress. It's the fact that it takes too long compared to how it used to go.

you kidding right?

I got to the ace rank in 5 days, just buy playing and not really doing much, slaying bots getting 25 kills a rounds. If you fail to get there you just suck against bots my friends

I get your point. But if it got any easier to get Ace, everybody would be able to get to Ace. The way you grind from Gold to Grandmaster is just a couple matches of getting carried. Due to the number of good scores from Grandmaster to Ace, you need to be consistent. Not carried? Be good at hiding and picking your fights.

It's still easy to get to ace. It just means that you play a lot that's all.

The thing is elims don't really matter much which sucks. You can pretty much get to ace without even firing your gun. It'd be good if elims did contribute a good amount to the rank points.

Actually it does, if you kill a bot player, I think it gives you +3 points in Grandmaster, but +10 if that's a real player. I forgot the values but I think someone has the formula before.

Oh i guess they must've changed it then. At the time i was posting it was only like +1 points per elimination.
