720p switch or no?

Hi everyone, im playing on these specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 4/8
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 (1 GB)

Playing on smooth, fullscreen, and maximum fps, im getting around 60-70 fps during the game when there are no fights with 3+ players, with 3+ players or heavy graphics, it goes to around 40 fps.

Based on the game style, should i bother changing it to 720p? that might make it more grainy which makes distant enemies harder to see, but in return i will get 80+ fps all the time.

Using iGPU will shorten your device's lifespan, you are forcing it to render the game which it is not designed for, believe me it wont last long if you force to play it on that specs
