What are differences between NICE, GOOD, and PHEW?
Also, do you lose coins at the end if you do poorly? What is the consequence of doing poorly/screwing up sequences? We're getting closer to understanding how it works, but thanks in advance!

If the timer runs out the day ends immediately and counts as a fail. I don't believe you lose coins but you may not get as many if you do poorly.

Okay that helps. What about the differences in the text NICE GOOD and PHEW after you complete a dish?

Yep. Is that confusing? Because that's definitely something we can make changes to. Also technically all of the dishes are completed perfectly (unless you fail a day), as errors force you to retry the ingredient.
