Q: Where can I report a bug?
A: Your best chances of reporting a bug are in our Discord Server[discord.gg], more specifically the #submit channel under the Bug Reports category.

Q: Can I get my previous account / previous progress back?
A: You cannot get any progress from Galaxy Life Reborn back, nor from the original game before 2016. We're a different company and this data is not available to us.

Q: Can I play on Mac, Linux or Mobile?
A: Currently, we do not support Mac and Linux yet, however, we plan to add a native app for both OS's very soon. You can already play on mobile using the Puffin browser. Scroll to the bottom to find out how.

Q: Will there ever be a reset?
A: Nope.

Q: Why does the game request webcam/microphone?
A: This is because we use a fork of the chromium browser inside of our launcher which has the option to use it. We do not use this permission at all, it is safe to deny.

Q: How do I play the game on my phone?
A: Follow the steps below!

1. Download Puffin browser via the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android)
   
2. Visit https://game.galaxylifegame.net/game
   
3. Change from mobile version to desktop version (strongly recommended)
   
4. Enable trackpad mouse (optional)
   
5. Log into your account and start playing.
   
6. Enable fullscreen mode (located in the in-game options, next to sound options, optional)
   
7. Enjoy the Galaxy Life Flash version!
