Anything different from the phone version?

I have both I & II on my phone (android), so should I bother with the PC version?

Yes I know that, but that's not enough of a reason to buy a game that I already own a second time.

The visuals have been expanded on the sides to fit the more panoramic view of modern, wider screens. That's the only change that I know of.

If the extra sights and the prospect of seeing the gorgeous views on a larger screen appeal, then this is worth it I think. I can certainly see how it would not be to some; so it is defiantly a case-by-case basis based on your personal tastes and desires.
