Final level bug

I am stuck at the last level (the infinite sea), and i restarted several times, but after i was told to look at the sky, absolutely nothing happens, even if i proceed to walk back and forth in the level

So if anyone knows what to do, i would really appreciate some help, thanks

I have the same issue I can't figure it out. if anyone has a solution it'd be great.

All I did was keep walking towards the Wind Turbines in the distance and eventually a cut scene kicked in.
