The first patch from Thursday/Friday required a full repackaging of the game due to what exactly was being updated. On Steam and consoles, this usually temporarily requires double the storage space until the installation is completed, then it defaults to the actual game+update size after it's done.

Today's Hotfix was approximately 1GB large with no repackaging, so it's possible you may not have finished receiving the full update from Thursday/Friday as well? If that's the case, uninstalling and reinstalling is always a valid solution if you'd prefer (sometimes even recommended).
Why do almost all missions in District 2 spawn in downtown?

It's a bug being directly addressed in the next Patch update. For now, we recommend delivering all D1 patients to the D2 hospital, which helps equalize the frequency a bit.

500 mb for 3 bug fixes
After playing the game an hour... I am a enthusiast of LSPDFR/LCPDFR. There is a lot of functionality when it comes with lights an sirens. Things that would greatly help immersion and should be treated as a priority in future updates/expansions.

1. Make the horn be a changeable sound option (do not put the horn as a loop in the siren)
2. Isolate 2-3 siren tones to be manually changed to (You could use one button to cycle from wail to yelp, maybe hold "Y" to activate siren then press "Y" to cycle)
3. Allow the lights to be activated with no sound, This would give us the ability to run "code 2" instead of "code 3" depending on the patients status.

Please don't take this as ungrateful criticism. I would very much like to see this game succeed and have great replay-ability.

No, not at all! This is actually really common feedback and something we'd love to do. Blips, wails, horns, etc. all of this would make driving more engaging and increase immersion.

Our focus right now is the bugs, but then we have a whole list of stuff we wanna tackle, a lot of which came directly from the community.

does this fix address the PT Protocol bug as well or no.

The conditions issue is actually two separate problems:

1. The Handbook, Patient Protocol tablet, and Progression List are all supposed to match up perfectly. If you have learned something, it should be available to select in the handbook and tablet.

On launch, these were showing ALL entries which wasn't correct (how could you diagnose diabetes if you didn't learn it yet, etc.) so Patch 1.2.0 updated everyone's tablets to match their progression. This is bugged until players either start a new Save File or gain a large amount of EXP (so the progression level triggers the tablet to refresh to current knowledge).

The most efficient method to do this has been to complete two Cat Events back to back to gain quick EXP. Don't even treat anyone--Triage 5 people, end Triage, grab one and rush to hospital, rinse and repeat a second time. That should align Handbook, Tablet, and Progression exactly until it's fixed.

2. Patients are only supposed to present with conditions you've learned (same as above) but there is a bug where patients are presenting with unlearned things, like diabetes, which the player hasn't unlocked the tools for. This bug is separate, but when joined with above, becomes a really frustrating combination. We are investigating this and hope to have it all sorted as soon as possible.

Sorry for the long explanation, I just wanted to be as clear as possible. Thank you for reporting, we're on the case(s)!
Really enjoy the game, after scanning comments it looks like most of my issues have been addressed other than the traffic being quite oblivious sometimes. I'm sure that may be something already being addressed though. One thing I would like to see one day would be like a 'free roam' shift or just like an extended (1+hr) shift with less frequent calls maybe. This would be for like when everything is completed possibly, just an idea for the future. Love it so far though, having endless fun with it.

Thank you for the kind words! We think something like Police Simulator's 8-hour shift could be a really rewarding end-game for players who complete their career progression. We're not exactly sure if something that massive will work in a game as hectic as Ambulance Life, but we're always looking for ways to improve.

Game crashes after the first callout. Every. Single. Time. Are you kidding me? It’s honestly baffling how a game that was practically flawless during the beta phase is now a complete dumpster fire after launch. I can’t even make it 10 minutes into a session without the whole thing going belly up. It's like the game just gives up on life as soon as I try to play. What happened? Did all the devs suddenly get struck by a collective case of amnesia or what? How is it that this game went from being “barely any issues” to “full-on disaster mode” in the span of a few months? It's beyond frustrating at this point. Fix this mess, please. This is just plain embarrassing and pathetic.
still no camera inverted option :(

As promised, Inverted Controls are coming soon in one of the next few updates.
Good evening,

can we hope for other missions than the one currently available? (when I think of other missions I especially think of other genres). Because it's still a bit repetitive.
