We don't have any plans to let someone other than the player drive, but this would be really cool, even if it's a mini game like we have in Police Simulator. I'll flag it to look at if we ever explore NPC driving!
We're going to be hotfixing this soon!
I'll let Nacon know Romanian is requested! Thank you so much for that!
Now for your crashing issue, can you please provide more PC specs and your exact video settings? You can copy and paste the VIDEO part of your ini if that's easier:

Also to my knowledge insulin is NEVER given pre-hospitality, i've never heard of a country/service which would administer insulin. even during DKA or Severe Hyperglycemia.
Furthermore, some of the information provided in the handbook regarding medical conditions is really lackluster, and for people who want to understand more about medical conditions, this could provide a really useful resource if it was fleshed out properly.
Lastly, i know all my above comments may seem like I view the game negatively, i really don't, i think so far particularly with us getting day 1/2 patch updates the game is good and has a lot of potential, will definitely be sinking a lot of hours into this.
The game design team for Ambulance Life included two former paramedics, which is how the idea got started in the first place. Over time, we also consulted with a handful of really talented current-day EMTs and paramedics from all around the world to get different perspectives and procedures. They currently hang around our Discord server and talk shop until we activate them again.
Based on our consultants, some of the measurement ranges change based on their real-world expertise and less about what the SOPs state, so that probably had some influence here. The Handbook is 100,000,000% lackluster and even in some cases a bit inaccurate.
Ambulance Life was never designed to be a 1:1 replica of perfect realism, but we know there's still a lot of work to do. This heavily hinges on the success of the game. The more support the community gives us, the more we can give it right back.
I can't speak to most of the other stuff because, again, medical dumdum, but I appreciate that the game resonates with you. I hope we can continue to iterate and improve in a way that further enriches that feeling!
And Medium quality still has some stutters to it even, but it doesn't make the game unplayable though. Not sure if that's a problem on my end or what, but I feel that with my specs, if I can't run it on Ultra settings, I should at least be able to run it on High settings, but the High settings is completely unplayable for me.
Again, not sure if that's a "me" issue or if you guys are working on any performance/optimization fixes for this.
Either way, even playing on Medium quality, I really enjoy this game a lot, you guys did a great job on this one, looking forward to the DLC's to be released and extra content to be added, keep up the good work on this.
Just buy Ultra Dynamic Sky and implement it! xD
That last one, I have a fix for: This is tied to the new update, where the Patient Protocol tablet is only going to show items you've actually unlocked. It's not registering your character's progression level flag properly, so here is a workaround until we roll out a permanent hotfix!:
Gain a large boost of EXP to overcome this error. Two Cat Events, 2 15m Shifts, several Tutorials, etc. Once this is overcome, it won't have to be done again!
