DX 12 Problems

After the latest update of Ambulance Life, I am unable to start the game. It seems that DirectX 12 is no longer recognized, and the game fails to launch as a result. Prior to the update, the game worked fine with DirectX 12, but now it automatically defaults to a lower version or does not start at all.

I have already tried updating my graphics drivers and reinstalling DirectX, but the issue persists. I also verified my system meets the requirements, but everything appears to be in order.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue? I look forward to your help and appreciate your support

Same here ... i try all of the solution tips....but game wont start

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K 3.20 GHz
128 GB RAM
Geforce RTX 4090 24 GB
