HI, Jeff! I'm sorry to hear you're having that much trouble. Here are a few troubleshooting steps we take everyone through, please give them all a try and see if this helps you in any significant ways:

1. Ambulance Life REQUIRES installation to an internal SSD. An incredible amount of issues pop up with HDDs and using externals of either flavor.

2. Verify the integrity of your installation files:

3. Delete your existing Game Settings file and let the game re-create it:

• First, close your game.
  
• Next, delete your "GameUserSettings.ini" file.
  
• Lastly, restart your game. The developers are actively monitoring.

C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Sanka\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini

If you're still having this issue, please provide your Video Settings and PC Specs so I can escalate to the devs!
