Bra remove?

I saw in options that function and i turn it on but I didnt have case which remove bra?

When you first start a new career with a new paramedic, the game will ask you if you've like to leave nudity on or off. However, once you're in the middle of a career, you can toggle this option at will from the Esc Menu and selecting Game. From there, it's "Allow Bra Removal".

The easiest way to see if this is working is to use a stethoscope, which removes shirts and bras to function properly in Ambulance Life.

I used stetoscope but dont remove bra. But I dont use first . First i put oximetar and blood presure. Next time I will try first stetoshope. On this way dont work. But i have enabled that option

Okay, everyone, I have a answer finally!

So as of now, there is only one rare instance where a bra is removed, which is during a Needle Decompression treatment for pneumothorax. There was an issue with animations and the amount of different styles of bras that were inconsistent, so we disabled most instances of nudity until we determine next steps.

We are looking into what the future of nudity will be for the game, as well as different options for inspecting bodies for avenues of treatment. No confirmation, yet, but at least we have an answer.
