Problème au lancement du jeu

quand je lance pour la première fois le jeu et que j'arrive dans l'écran d'accueil 3 seconde plus tard j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dis Sanka game has crashed and will close Fatal error et cela fait quitter mon jeu.
Pourtant j'ai bien supprimé le fichier GameUserSettings.ini
Pouvez-vous m'aidez s'il vous plaît

Je ne sais pas si ça peut t'aider, mais il y a ça.

C'est uniquement en anglais malheureusement, mais c'est assez compréhensible.

Thank you for reporting! Here are a few workarounds that worked for some folks, so I thought I'd share here. Please let me know if these help y'all too!

1. Ambulance Life REQUIRES installation to an internal SSD. An incredible amount of issues pop up with HDDs and using externals of either flavor.

Folks can natively transfer their game installations to other drives using Steam:

2. Verify the integrity of your installation files:

3. Delete your existing Game Settings file and let the game re-create it:

• First, close your game.
  
• Next, delete your "GameUserSettings.ini" file.
  
• Lastly, restart your game. The developers are actively monitoring.

File Path:

C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Sanka\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini

If you're still having this issue, please provide your Video Settings and PC Specs so I can escalate to the devs!

moi c me met DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument. je fait quoi ??
