Direct X fix pls

I understand devs are working hard to find a fix for the direct x bug. I bought this game before launch day, and I've tried every fix i can find on google and nothing works. I didn't play the demo so i'm sure I have no saves. I've tried to search for any saves and can't find any. I'm really hoping they find a fix for this soon because I have been really disappointing because I was really looking forward to playing this game. (I'm a paramedic irl), and I spent $30 and haven't even been able to get into the game yet :(. Here's my direct x diag txt if that helps any.

I'm very sorry you've been having this trouble. :( We have a large patch coming out on Tuesday that may address this. In the meantime, are you able to provide more files listed in this post? It will really help us identify what's going on and find you a solution.

Hi, I'm still facing the issue with directx. "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." Please help to resolve thanks.
