Would help a lot if we could just read up on things we are uncertain about without needing to start a shift first.
Console players can find this as an additional download app on their console dashboards, like a yellow tiled comic book e-reader app runs.
Steam players can find this inside their Steam folder for Ambulance Life (or "Sanka"), similar to how digital artbooks or soundtracks are installed through Steam.
This is a great flag and I've already escalated this idea from a few other users (to be able to learn from the manual outside of Shifts). Thank you for fortifying this request!
