Tried the demo
I have tried the demo and I liked it. But also didn't and got frustrated with some of the missions. Like with the fire mission had to check all the people that where injured. Had to make a decision on who to transport back to the hospital. Where there should be more than one ems transporting injured people. When sirens on and going to calls cars would not merge or move out of the way.

There should be a horn and other siren options so people can get out of the way. Your helper should not be doing nothing but something other than helping with the stretcher. Either she is driving while you check out the person. Or your driving and she or he is doing the dianostics on the injured person. The mini game for bandaging needs to go. But if this game is suppose to be a simulation. Then make it so, do some homework on what a ems/emt does and put that somehow into the game.

This is common feedback that we've taken down!

Two members of the game design team were former paramedics and we also consulted with medical advisors later in the development process. However, not everything made it to the final cut because of game loop or hard to translate to a game, but a lot of stuff has made its way on to our wish list for after a successful launch!
