What I like and what I dont like
This game has incredible potential and I throughly enjoyed the demo. As an experienced paramedic myself I appreciate the attention to detail however I have a few complaints (DISCLAIMER: all of my "complaints" can more than likely be attributed to the fact that this is a pre release demo.)

1) Performance must improve
I understand its a demo and I hope thats all it is but the system requirements are also crazy high. (also maybe due to it being a demo.)

2)
I would like to see more options for history gathering and treatment

3)
I would like to have a day/night cycle

These 3 things are my only complaints and hopefully its just because its a demo. Regardless I will more than likely be buying the game once released!

1. Definitely already happening, as the final game is further along than this Demo build! :steamhappy:
2. What kind of things would you like to see added for history gathering? We have observing the patient themselves and the environment, but what else do you think could be added?
3. That might push performance beyond feasibility, but damn that would be SO cool.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're so excited you like what you've seen so far!

Thanks for the response! As for history gathering I'd just like to see more options added to the selections you can make during amnesis maybe even something that follows SAMPLE (Signs/symptoms Allergies, Medications, Past medical history, Last oral intake, Events leading up.) and OPQRST (Onset, Provocation, Quality, Radiation, Severity, Time) Just ideas!

Maybe a silly question but are there more features in the full unreleased version? (Treatment options, call types, speech options, more characters etc.) I would also highly recommend adding in celsius for temp! Would be helpful for canadians such as myself!

Also the ability to call backup for scenes with multiple patients is crucial!! WE need that!

Overall you got my buy when this comes out! In ambulance life we trust!!!!

Ofc! Noted on the evidence gathering!

Yes, there is a LOT more to unlock in the final game. basically, the Demo was progression-locked to Level 4, so you aren't able to experience the vast majority of content the game will throw at you: New Callouts, Districts, tools, conditions, vehicles, symptoms, etc.

Sadly, dialogue options remain limited because of how involved and expensive full, proper voice acting is to record and implement.

Calling for backup and Imperial/Metric toggles are also heavily-requested features so we're trying to consider all options in time for release. We're super focused on the core game, so I can't make any promises right now. We have a dev wish list for sure, though! :steamhappy:

Thanks! Merry christmas!

Aww thank to you much! Communication is extremely important to us at Aesir! 🤗

We're putting all of our weight and effort into the February 6th launch, so it's safe to say that's the day you'll be able to get your hands on it!
