What type of game is Ambulance Life?
Ambulance Life is a paramedic simulation game. Play a paramedic, apply first aid and transport the seriously injured to hospital.

How can I play Ambulance Life?
Ambulance Life will be available globally on February 6th, 2025.

What languages does the game support?
Ambulance Life supports thirteen languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish Spain, Spanish Latin America, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Voiceovers are only available in English.

Is the demo available on other PC platforms?
Currently no.

Is the development of the game finished?
The game's development is nearing completion, which is why we've launched this demo. Your feedback will help us fine-tune everything before the official release!

I need some help, is there a tutorial in the game?
Yes, you have to follow a tutorial when you launch your first playtrough.

Should I play with a controller, or a keyboard and a mouse?
There is no specific recommended device for playing Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator. The game has been designed to ensure an enjoyable experience on all supported platforms.

Are the keys rebindable?
Yes, you can rebind keys for both a controller and a keyboard/mouse setup. Rebinds options are available in the settings menu.

Is the demo the final version of the game?
The demo gives you a glimpse of what Ambulance Life will look like in its final version. Improvements and polishing will take place in the weeks following the demo.

How long does the demo last?
The demo last for about one hour.

Yes, we collaborated with real paramedics and hospital staff during the development process to ensure authenticity and accurately portray the challenges and procedures of emergency medical care.

GAMEPLAY QUESTIONS

Is the game a multiplayer or solo experience?
Ambulance is designed as a single-player game.

What are the "casual mode" and the "simulation mode"?
"Classic mode” guides and holds your hand, while "simulation mode" requires you to play on your own.

I don't know anything about medical stuff, can I play Ambulance Life?
Of course you can! In Ambulance Life, you have access to a tablet containing all the information you need to help injured people.

Can I customize my character?
The game does not feature an avatar creator, but you can select from a variety of pre-made avatars.

What is a shift?
A work shift is a set amount of time that a paramedic plans and expects to work.

How long last a shift?
It's up to you to decide, with options to choose configurations ranging from 15 to 45 minutes.

What is a call-out?
A call-out is a tool used to communicate important or critical information. Call-outs inform all team members simultaneously during situations.

Do I have to answer to a call-outs all the time, or can I just drive around town/explore?
You cannot decline a callout, but you can choose not to respond immediately and instead explore the city at your leisure. However, the victim's condition will continue to deteriorate, potentially resulting in a poor performance grade at the end of your shift.

Can I cure someone?
In Ambulance Life, you play an paramedic. Your job is to stabilize the patient just enough to get them to hospital. And then, once they're at the hospital, they'll be treated.

How do I gain experience in the game?
Experience is earned by completing shifts and responding to callouts.

What happens if my diagnosis is wrong?
Making the right diagnosis is a tough challenge. A paramedic’s mission is to gather as much information as possible to provide accurate treatment. However, mistakes can happen. Administering the wrong treatment could worsen a patient’s condition or even be fatal.

What happens if I let a patient die?
You will get a poor performance grade at the end of you shift and earn less experience.

Why don't the other cars move when your sirens are on?
While sirens usually clear the way in real life, in the demo, traffic AI might not always respond realistically. We're working on improving these mechanics for a more authentic experience.

Can I play even if I don't know how to drive in real life? Can I drive even if I don't have a American driving license?
No need for a driving license to play Ambulance Life! But here are some key rules to keep in mind:

- Drive carefully, even in emergencies, don’t cause another accident!
- Stay in the right lane.
- Cross red lights cautiously, even with your siren on.
- Never drive against traffic.
- And most importantly... don’t run over pedestrians. Please.

Can I customize my ambulance?
No Ambulance customization option will be availble in the demo but you will be able to do so in the main game at release.

Is San Pelicano a real city?
San Pelicano is a fictional city inspired by the city of San Francisco.

Is there a speed limit in the game?
There is no specific speed limit in the game other than the one of you car.

Can we run over pedestrians?
Running over pedestrians is not possible and will result in a "game over" screen where you'll have to load a previous save.

Can we perform drifts?
Indeed, the game allows you to use the brakes from your ambulance and perform drifts for more dynamic driving.

Is the game have sensitive content?
Yes, as a paramedic, you may encounter challenging situations at accident scenes. You'll need to provide first aid to injured individuals, and at times, you might face the reality of deceased victims. Administering first aid may also require removing clothing to treat wounds, which could involve exposure to unclothed patients.

Can I mask the sensitive content?
A option is given to the player to activate or disactivate nudity.
