Just 2 examples... But the community also needs to consider that this is international released and if it is created after American standards it will be far worse than i.e. German standards...
Like: Every patient has the right for Oxigen. It is already paid when the call came in.
An infusion would be actually a cool thing. I can't imagine anywhere in the world you would only give one injection of saline solution :-D
Just my 2 cents
In the end, we wanted it to feel like there's not always one ABSOLUTE right answer, but more or less trends to start looking out for based on condition combinations. This is the primary reason why we gave players full agency to treat patients how they wanted to. We understand if not everyone vibes with that in the end, but that was our design goal from the beginning.
