I Like The Driving
I get people want to treat en route. Which is fine, but at the same time it should not be taken away as it is part of the job. It should just be an option. Yes, driving can be improved with better AI on the road, but its like having a flight sim without the flying and only the technical stuff.

Also, I get the game is not 100% medically accurate. But it is a game. Yes it is a simulator, but its not meant for training purposes. Take it for what it is, a GAME. If you want realism, sign up to become an EMT. If this game was super accurate with thousands of options/diagnosis, I would not enjoy it nor would it sell much because it isn't fun,

I agree that this game feels like it is still early access, especially with how it runs, and basic things like turn signals, skins for ambulances, tire treads etc. should have been included in the start. Not including it means its undeveloped, unpolished and we will be charged for ambulance skins as DLC (look at the siren one that's already out).

All in all, I ENJOY this game, and if the team needs dlc's to support adding more content, I will support it much as I did with police sim. Yes police sim isn't perfect, but no other sim gets close to perfection like from this developer. If you want perfect, you can figure out how to mod GTA, but I don't have the time, skill, or capacity, let alone patience for that.

I know its not a perfect game, but its still a great and fun game. Keep up the good work development team. You have my support. Please, keep making great games and thank you for all the hard work and addressing the issues as they come along.

Aloha,
Brandon
