You can't. Developers didn't think this through. You will be assigned a server if your queue is taking too long or it might just be completely random.

Servers are assigned automatically per match, you can be put on one of the American servers if there are not enough people on the Asian server when you queue up, but you generally won't be, and there is nothing random about it, it's just about player numbers.
