Disconnected Players Replaced by Invincible Bots?

As the title says, do disconnected players get replaced by invincible bots?

A Charnok on the enemy team disconnected and a little while later I noticed a Charnok with no health bar or name over it just kind of following me around. I thought it was a clone effect or something made by another player, but then it started attacking me. It took no damage from any of my attacks (a 0 damage number for all attacks) but it was doing real damage to me. It wasn't sprinting at all, so it was easy to get away from it, but obviously this was really annoying.

Is this something that has happened to anyone else?

This happened to me, but it was my own teammate and he attacked us. Then another teammate of mine, my friend got kicked and he also went invincible and attacked us. They couldn't be killed by the nexus beast thing and they didn't attack the enemies.

Yes this is a known bug and it is a very bad one. I played a match where we were getting destroyed and our team mate (Charnok) left the match. The bot was attacking us and we could do nothing about it.

The funny thing is that somehow the bot made its way over to the enemy guardian and once we got a rampage we killed the enemy guardian because they could do nothing to stop the bot.

i havent yet had the bots actually do anything for me. They afk in spawn and cant use the launch pads but they are marked as enemies if i aim at them.

The last time i had a bot it actually broke the server. it walked onto a launchpad and was activating them like 50 million times a second so you just constantly hear that the entire match and it made the game unplayable because it was lagging the server too.
