Agreed, veteran player here. It makes me feel bad when it's vs new players. I don't mind too much when I got the newbies on my team, but there is a level of gamer rage you can tell when people opt to quit out when they start losing and the team member is replaced by a demonic bot. Hopefully they do something about this soon. I do feel like their mini tutorials aren't helpful at all with game expectations of teamwork because the bots are dumb as rocks and it sort of can mislead a new player.
honestly i also think they should implement role queue, i always end up playing heroes i dislike just because out of 3/5 instalock assasins and ranged...
When I play with my friends the games quickly become balanced after 2 or 3 games so I think the group mmr is pretty good too.
A game without MMR would look like tf2 server hopping, and the games are nothing like that.
