I have a problem

I recently purchased Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 via Steam (key from G2A), and activated the game successfully. However, upon launching it, it linked automatically to an EA account I created at that moment.

Shortly after, EA permanently banned that account without a clear explanation, and now I can no longer access or play the game, even though I still own it on my Steam library.

Since the game is now locked to a banned EA account, I am kindly requesting your help to see if:
• It is possible to unlink the game from the EA account;
• Or if there is any way to re-activate the game on a different EA account;
• Or, if nothing is possible, to possibly consider a refund (the game was purchased recently).

I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can offer regarding this situation. Thank you in advance.

I never had that problem but maybe try uninstalling the game then switching the EA account and downloading the game again. Hope that helps
