seeing as how you only have 11 hours on this game i would assume you're feeling this way due to a run of bad luck with teams. I always thought they were pretty evenly balanced.

After 200+ hours i would say the balance is one of the strongest points of the entire game.

Probably you need to unlock further skills and character versions for your optimal gameplay as plant.
