ive been like starting to play pvz gw2 and as soon as i joined multiplayer servers literally no one was there except for me, is it always like this or do i just gotta keep server hopping

Kinda. Only turf takeover has people. Maybe you get a lobby in team vanquish or something but you can really only play turf.

It depends on what type of servers your on, I am in OCE so you do find sometimes there are servers most of the time.

Some times it depends on the server and game mode you selected the game modes with the most players are turf takeover and mixed mode

The game could show us which matches are available and how many players are online.
That kind of information does not need pegi ratings. It is what it is. Waiting for the best match, it loads. Waiting for players. Press TAB. Oh no one on, or one other player on.

i mean its not that bad, usually when i start a game of garden or graveyard ops i always end up with a full party, so i cant be that dead

Yeah the time difference between EU, US and AU is what we mean.
The game might be alive as there are billions of people, millions of players, thousands playing GW2 in the northern hemisphere.
