PVZGW2 REVIVAL EVENT - GARDEN FIESTA

Hello everyone! Thank you for your time!

As you all most likely have heard around a month ago, a community manager of the pvzgw2 EA forums noticed the skyrocket of new players due to the steam sale, and they stated that if many people get screenshots, videos, and any way that they support the game that they'd let the bosses above them know.

This could mean (although not promised) slight updates in the future, which would be massive for the game as it has not received any updates for years.

Now, the revival event

On September 14th FOR THE ENTIRE DAY an event, known as the Garden Fiesta is being hosted by Surbabia Mainstreet / That One Sableye (Owner of the Discord Server).

The rules are simple, just come on GW2, and have a good time playing + participating in fun events!

Here are some more things that I ask you to do:
Spread the word - Message GW2 servers or forums about the event occurring on September 14th
Message your favourite content creators / streamers - But please be respectful and if for some reason they aren't able to, dont hate or get angry at them.
Stream / Record - The more videos / steams there about the Garden Feista event, the more attention it can get Pop Cap + EA
And of course - If possible, play on September 14th!

I would also like to mention, I have no ties or links with the creators of the event + Debby, I am just writing about the event on the Steam Discussion to promote it for those who havent heard about it

I doubt they'll do anything more than to add a 10 euro battle pass or bring a crappy limited time event like in pvz2 but let's be positive.

Look at the last thing EA added to the game, EA Anti-cheat. That wasn't better than nothing, it literally made the game worse. Keep in mind this is EA, and the only reason they are slightly interested in this game because they saw the profitability of having nearly 10k players on one platform.

I feel like the anticheat just made easier to hack the game
Like literally go in mixed mode and try not to find atleast one hacker

A lot of people are sick of the hackers, do some thing about that, and they'll/you'll have full support as well as spending money on silver coins. as it stands, players blowing everyone up, spamming skills outside of the normal cool down rates and teleporting around the map and banning whomever they want, does not warrant a supported game until/if they fix that problem. I'm sure a lot of it is due to EA/ popcap relying on auto reports and checking files (which rarely works) to ban these types of players. but leaving the game from a few years ago on ps4, to joining on pc has left a bad taste in my mouth, before, players actually had honor in playing and winning a match now it's just skids trying to show off and "just a joke bro" type of BS. I truly love this game, it has always been a fallback onto type of game for me when others failed to entertain me, my friends and, it gives a small COD with funny pun type of feels with the added comical animation and it doesn't feel like BFN (battle for neighborville), sorry, not sorry.
