GAME KEEPS CRASHING IN MULTIPLAYER !

So recently I bought both BFN and GW2 on sale and GW2 crashes as soon as I start a multiplayer match and BFN crashes before the game even fully launches, pvz is one of my fav games and i am really sad that this issue is causing me to not play these games.

If there is a fix pleasee share it and help me fix this issue.Also, is this issue common?

Yeah sweet I found the fix

i found a fix (from another user) and it has to do
with an audio "optimizer" thing called
SECOCL64.exe
all you gotta do is press Windows + R and in the
search box type this "services.msc" (without the
"") and find a service called "Sound Research
SECOMN Service" (it should be at the bottom)
right click it and go to properties and set the
Startup Type to "Disabled" then right click it
again and click "Stop" and you should be able to
play multiplayer matches

I was able to play the mutliplayer well and hope you can too :-)
