GAME CRASHES IN MULTIPLAYER

I just bought the game, the game runs fine whenever I play the singleplayer quests. when I get into a multiplayer game however, the game just crashes after a minute or two into the game. after the crash it doesn't give me any error number, any message, or anything. I've tried reinstalling, and changing my account. both didn't work.

yeah i have been experiencing the same issue, is there a fix to this?

i found a fix (from another user) and it has to do
with an audio "optimizer" thing called
SECOCL64.exe
all you gotta do is press Windows + R and in the
search box type this "services.msc" (without the
"") and find a service called "Sound Research
SECOMN Service" (it should be at the bottom)
right click it and go to properties and set the
Startup Type to "Disabled" then right click it
again and click "Stop" and you should be able to
play multiplayer matches

I was able to play the mutliplayer well and hope you can too :-)
