PvZ GW2 deluxe dlc - no gifts

When you're checking your mailbox, you have to click "open packs" or the like on the mail about your gifts.

on EA it shows that i don't have deluxe...

50/50. My Steam account was connected with the first EA account where I bought pvz at th first time. And I have Z7-imp on the first EA account. Then, I disconnected them in order to have a new progress in pvz and created a new EA account. When I ended tutorial, I checked the mailbox and sticker shop, but there is nothing of deluxe packs, which I can open. On the new EA account I don't have Z7-imp (which I must have because I bought deluxe version)

I have the same one and no solution from EA or Steam, could anyone solve it?

god EA sucks at getting your codes back, Steam doesn't help either, I got the Key DLC and I can't even refund it, that and I can't find the code from any of that dlc
