Black Screen when starting the Game

Hello, so yesterday I download PvZ GW2 and when I launch the game the in-game cursor appears and there is game sound, but the entire screen flashes white a few times and the window stays smaller and not full screen (like it's appearing to try to do). The screen also stays black and doesn't seem to be taking any of my input (other than the in-game mouse cursor moving. I can leave the game running like this for (seemingly) forever and all I get is a black screen with sound.

I already tried reinstalling it, updating my driver etc, starting it after clean boot, on a new user and contacted EA-Support but nothing helped... maybe one of you guys can help me.

My system specifications are:

Intel Core i7 12650H
GeForce RTX 4060
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Windows 11

i talked to ea help and they are running out a hotfix to this ASAP!!!!

i have the same problem and when i deactivate one of my gpus it worked but as soon as i reactivated my gpu, it crashed so idk
