Error Message

After the update I get a error message saying "Application has encountered an error." It created a memory dump file and they want me to email it to EA. I already re-installed the game :(

Does anybody else get this problem?

you reinstall the ea app, when you press the new file, it will show " sign in " or "repair now" then click repair

The application has encountered an unexpected error.

To contact our customer support, got to ea****** and attach the crash dump file to your ticket.

New Update: So I completed removed EA from the C drive and deleted the PVZ folder in my documents which contained my settings. Now I dont get an error message but I do get the splash screen of PVZ. But it doesnt load the game lol

So apperantly EA is fixing this Problem overall so dont go out of your way trying to fix it on your own you might make it worse

found a solution. Browse to local files then delete the cryptbase file

Manage game -> Browse local files -> Delete ''CryptBase.dll''

All you need to do is "Verify Game Files" in steam and it will replace 3 broken files.
