Rank and levels reseted

I just opened game and saw that my rank was 0 ( i was rank 7) and with most of characters being level 0 unable to level them up. Is there any way i can get it to normal?

I have the same problem. Level 0 will goes to Level -1 and then back to 0.

I was rank 37 and now its gone

same thing happened to me and my partner.. I couldn't seem to load to page to contact EA about it either. We both think it's due to the town hall event starting up again.

this is a global issue that is happening for a lot of players right now, but it seems like it will be reverted soon, just like the save data issue in summer 2023 that got fixed. ea hasnt responded about it yet though.

yeah it seems everyone's been affected, was playing and everyone in the lobby was reset
