Missing Deluxe Edition items

So I bought Deluxe edition and even got the Key DLC but I don't know WHERE I even have said key, since it was clearly not used in-game because I do not have any items I should

Try the vending machine. It will be in a gift shinning at the bottom, if you still can't find it contact steam/ea support.
