PvZ GW2: Legendary Characters [Non Party] & Rux's Shop

Are you able to get Legendary Character Parts from Rux's Bazaar? Also, if I buy all abilities, will they appear instead of the ability or how does it work? I know at some point you could get said parts from Rux (legendary parts), but I'm not sure if you could get ANY, and if they replace the ability option or not.
Edit: Also forgot to ask, roughly what are the odds of them appearing if they can appear?

Yes, you are able to get legendary character parts from rux, i believe it is very rare though, since the last time i saw him sell a legendary character piece was 3 years ago and it was a bottom piece of toxic brainz. So i'm assuming it's really rare, i don't know the exact odds for it to happen though

If you buy all of the rux abilities, he will start selling cosmetics or anything that isn't an ability.

For clarification, there's a lot of items that the Wiki says Rux can sell that he currently can't. I can confirm that Rux doesn't sell anything nowadays besides the random hats/gestures and most of the abilities, excluding Rainbow Flower. You won't get any legendary stickers out of him, either. That was a feature in the game BEFORE they stopped updating.

I think you are wrong about rainbow flower, as I bought the steam version upon release, and I was able to get rainbow flower from Rux as well as my twin, as for legendary parts it's not a huge deal if they're obtainable or not. I'm going to max all characters anyways, and I still have a a ways to go (30-40 left)

Only wondering since it would be better to pay 1mil then open 33 packs Imo.

Interesting. I'm friends with quite a few GW2 steam players and not a single one has seen Rainbow Flower be sold since we bought the game. I'll have to keep a lookout for it still. Unfortunately, they nerfed the Rux stock time to 5 weeks instead of 3, which means the same abilities will last in his stock for over a month

Yes, he restocks every 5 weeks. He used to last only 3 weeks before changing his stock, but now it only changes every 5

Did they like just change the restock timer? for the past few months it's been 2 weeks, which imo is very reasonable

Changed it about a year back, I believe. They don't update the game anymore, it shouldn't be two weeks. Most likely just a misunderstanding as it should always be 5 weeks

Nope, mine is two weeks as every 2 weeks I get a new ability.
Did you have the game before steam release? Could be a something out of sync
I've had future dummy for one full week, and by the end of this week (week 2) I'll get a new ability.

Besides playing on console at original release, I bought the Steam version day of release a few months back. I genuinely have no clue why it'd be 2 weeks for you when everyone I know has 5 weeks
