How to install mods on GW2 without origin?
I faced such a problem, when I try to load a mod, it does not work, although I selected EA DESKTOP in the Frosty Mod Manager, but the mods still do not work.

Do you use FrostyFix as well? If you don't then what you do is, install Frosty Fix and point it to the install location of FrostyModManager, and then chose to enable mods globally.

The Settings I use to get mods to work is: (for Frosty Mod Manager) Platform Launching Enabled and select the platform as Steam, and (for FrostyFix) Launch Game w/ Frosty.

Once the settings are like that, select the game on FrostyFix and select the platform Global, and click Enable Mods Globally & Launch Games. FrostyFix will open up Frosty Mod Manager where you select the game, then wait for the process to complete, you'll know once you see the text on the bottom right of Frosty Fix has changed.

Now that mods are enabled globally open up Frosty Mod Manager and install the mods you want to use and then press Launch, you then wait for the process to complete, you'll likely have to sign in to EA App again. You'll know the process is done once you can access Frosty Mod Manager and Steam and EA desktop has both closed. All you have to do now is open up PVZ through steam from now on and the mods will work. Whenever you want to change your mods, you just go to Frosty Mod Manager and change what you want and press Launch, so the new changes will apply, if you want to fully disable mods, you do it through Frosty Fix. You use the Global option in FrostyFix as it means you can easily launch the game through Steam.
