I know how to, but GW1 isn't on steam so it's impossible. I have seen the unicorn chomper pop up in graveyard defense so who knows.

Getting Unicorn Chomper normally is impossible regardless. The ''max out rank in GW1'' was a limited time deal that expired ages ago. Frostbite Mod Manager is the only way to unlock it nowadays.

1. You won't get banned for modding. Just... don't be a jerk and play as bosses in MP and such lol.
2. You'll need to get specific mods to unlock the stuff you want. I think there is a mod that unlocks everything at once, but I've never used it so I can't attest to its efficiency.
3. As for how to install Frostbite Mod Manager and such, check out a channel by the name of ''PvZ God''(his video/channel will pop up if you google ''Plants vs. Zombies GW2 Unicorn Chomper mod'', if you need a point of reference). Go to that channel's playlists and check out ''Pack Hacks''. He explains how to install and use mods with Frostbite Mod Manager in his ''infinite coins and stars'' video(far better than I could through text, anyhow. Not a difficult process by any means, though you might run into some technical issues). After you learn how to do it, just look at the playlist again and find the two videos(one shows off Unicorn Chomper, the other Twilight Chomper) and download those mod files. That's it, really. Just properly follow instructions and you should be golden.

Yeah, Frosty Mod Manager is what the tool is called. Frosty is just short for Frostbite, as the tool can be used to modify games that work on the Frostbite engine(not just this one).

No idea what the goal is, to be honest. Even back when EA actually banned hackers, they only banned people who played as bosses in MP and nobody else(and the hackers apparently weren't banned for long since some of them ended up resurfacing). Steam's report function is only for cheaters in VAC games, they don't really do much of anything when it comes to other games.
... also, it's not even getting into the matter that you need to know the person's Origin account in order to report them to EA lol.
