Game volume a little low even when maxed out?

Is anyone having this issue or is it normal? My main pc volume is 30 but when I turn the game master volume up all the way it's very quiet. Most other games sound fine when my main volume is at 30, is this game just an exception?

I’m playing with headphones though, so wouldn’t that get rid of the 3D audio?

I tried stereo. Still very quiet to me. Using monitor speakers.

Same here. I just turned it back on to surround, stereo is just as quiet.
