Report a translation problem
Some players have been playing the game since the open alpha and are really good.
I also want to stress that there is no cheating problem at all, and only a few players have been perm-banned because they got detected.
I suspect this is going to be much more of a problem going forward, not cheaters of course, but people claiming everyone is a cheater without any kind of evidence. This unfortunately is what we've seen again and again with other games. It might be an idea to have a stickied post about it pretty clearly detailing what players should do if they encounter a cheater (ideally with some suggestions on how players can capture footage) which most of us will agree is super unlikely.
Might help funnel reports and additionally makes it super clear to people on the boards that you're super serious about resolving any issues that may arise. If you hop on the boards for other PvP shooters it's just endless threads where people claim every other user is cheating.
Arguably one could worry that having a stickied thread acknowledging cheating might dissuade people from engaging with the game, which is a fair point. I suspect though that having a bunch of player made threads doing the same thing is worse, but of course I have no solid data on that.
