Environment Effects switched on makes Quest 3 stutter? Purchased this game 3 times already!

Seriously, what was the point of adding this graphic enhancements, if the game stutters with it on? I'm hoping the developer can reply to this question. Thank you!

Use QGO or sidequest to unlock the GPU. I use this to get 120hz but im sure it will allow for the environment effects at 90.

That's odd. A stutter shouldn't be happening. Is it possible to reach out to us at [e-mail] with a video of this happening included? That could help us figure out what's going on!

Its cause Quest 3 is a downgrade from Quest 2
On Quest 2 I have perfect gameplay, if the battery is really low it does freeze and lag for a few seconds but thats it.

Yes, the game is fully cross-platform, PSVR, Steam, Oculus, Meta, all these VR headsets can interact with each other

Do you actually reply to your emails when you ask someone to email you after they have a problem with the game? I received no reply to the email you advised me to send information to, so what was the point in asking me to do this?

I've already mentioned I purchased the game 3 times already, this 3rd time being for the enhanced effects on Quest 3. However, your lack of support will make me think about purchasing other games from you going forward. Please fix the Quest 3 enhanced effects is all I'll say because your email support is none existent.

I think it might just be your headset. While playing I have come across many Quest 3 players and they played fine, they were even bragging how "good" the graphics are even though they are the same. Just ask Oculus (or whatever they call themselves now) for a new headset cause your headset is a broken one, or try factory reset

I am now awaiting a new Quest 3 headset because I did have a faulty Quest 3 controller. I'll just have to see if it works and will update here if it does. I have to say the Quest 3 does have much improved graphics. The Quest 3 standalone graphics for this game are super sharp and are even better than you would see on a Pc-VR headset. This is because Quest 3 is using pancake lenses and Pc-VR headsets are still using Fresnel lenses, Trust me, if you saw Quest 3 graphics for this game you would see a massive improvement over Quest 2.

I just checked, turns out that PC-VR has the same graphics, they just have to turn it on. Also I use PC air link instead of just Quest 2 as 1, it has better graphics, 2, it is just easier to use. Anyways, have a good day

We aim to reply to emails as fast as possible. If you still didn't get a reply, please resend the email as it may have gotten lost somehow. Note*: during the Holiday period replies were limited, they should have gotten a reply soon after.

Regardless, we're looking into this stutter issue, but we haven't yet been successful in reproducing this on any of our own Quest 3 headsets.

I have Side Quest, but how do I unlock the GPU? I purchased the game on Quest 3, so I have tried 120Hz and 90Hz and still it micro stutters with Environment effects switched on.

You can also use sidequest to turn the gpu level up

Being delusional enough to claim q2 is better than q3, and giving the worst advice ever. Kudos.
