She's talking chinese despite being on "en" langauge

Same freakin question. If it is shady way to make me learn mandarin, I miss actual teaching part.

If you have already changed the language, it's likely mods or untranslated text you are seeing. The English translation is incomplete. I suggest installing the AutoMTL mod to take care of the brunt of this, or help with the translation directly. The project is Libre Open Source, e.g. free as in speech, you can submit patches similarly to Wikipedia if you are inclined.
