Assistance or Help with Achievement requirement...

I am about ready to get every Achievement from this game which are already marked for spending all of my Cash, but the one that I am confused and unfamiliar is the "VPet can't be selected or interaction/don't know where it went, look here Achievement" which the requirements are to use the System Taskbar Vignette Feature Once.
I tried making a change to the Chat or two on it to make the Achievement appear but never gotten it to pop up...

Is there a solution or easier take to do this task to complete the Achievement or to fulfilled the requirements?

Try to right-click on the game icon in the taskbar, and use some functions.

Tried it but without anything popping up but the other 2 Achievements did go through so I just mess around on the System Task bar to get nothing for 20 minutes. Which there was a easier method to get this...

I didn't get it still yet sadly... but I will try again with another reply on Reddit to see if it is a bug or issue with the achievement.

Nice. By any chance you could send a link for it. It's the only achievement I need but the steps for it is done through the Settings yet I couldn't get it to pop up normally.

I recently gotten a reply on Reddit but the explanation was confusing a few months back but seeing this on my notification was worth it.
