Question about Pan's Power and Designs

From what I remember from the mythology he wasn't one of the major gods and was worshiped by farmers, shepherds, etc. with his association with natures. It was portrayed as a tree in his I Can Teach You song and his, um, office? House? All the major characters have mentioned their power in the game, so I was wondering what's his power?
He played his flute in one of the scenes, but I'm not sure whether that's considered as him using his power or was it just the instrument that coincidentally help you out of the situation.
And there's a thing with his yellow eyes. At first I thought an idol's eyes will turn yellow when using power and maybe Pan is somehow using his power all the time, but when I looked closely the idol yellow eyes are like there's a flash of light, but Pan's eyes are normal human eyes that are yellow. Did I miss something from the story?

Pan has goat eyes with vertical pupils. I don't think they mean much besides the fact that he's a "goat" god lol

As for his power, I would also be very interested to know! Sadly there just isn't as much content available for him as there is for the other romance options, so I don't think there's a way to find out what his power is exactly.
