Confronting Pan & Talk To Persephone

After encountering Medusa, in the alley, Grace and Pan talk for a moment, and I chose the forgive him option, and the two part ways... Only for Grace to follow him to his garden in Olympus and confront him, upset that he had already known Calliope had been at the Reliquary that night.
But... We already knew that he knew this, ever since after the favor for Astarion.

So we KNEW he already knew this information. Ignored it. Have his song scene. Go talk with Medusa. Forgive Pan in the alleyway, everything is happy. And then immediately follow him home, upset with him?

Forgive me, but this order of events is weird and doesn't make sense. Did I make choices that nobody expected and so the if/or/and conditions met in a weird combination or something?

And then when I go talk to Persephone, because it had been a while, she starts off with "I'm back to thinking Pan might be our prime suspect after all," as though we had talked about him being a suspect before? Despite the fact I never mentioned him to Apollo or Persephone... Ok, sure, characters are allowed to freely come to conclusions or have suspicions without my input, but the language used suggests we had already talked about it, and especially the option I have in response, "So you changed your mind about him" ? He was never mentioned before now with these characters.
I guess I'm just making really weird choices for my first play-through?

Well, since I'm here, may as well mention that outside of Medusa's club, while talking with Freddie and Pan, there is a line from Pan where he is talking, but it only shows a wall. His character sprite is left out.

Oh, I just know checked the pinned discussion in the forum, it says one of the known issues is Pan sequence/timing. So I can guess this is an already known issue? My bad, lol.

Finished Aphrodite's song, and Venus brings up the fact Pan gave the key to Calliope...
NO NEW INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. Receiving the EXACT SAME clue over and over again just makes me feel like I'm wasting my time. We have already been over this, but Grace acts like it's new info every time. And then on top of that, we have a conversation with Apollo right after, talking about how we had already talked about how suspicious Pan is
