Game keeps crashing after update.
1060 i3 not the best specs but i was running the game perfectly fine until I had to update the game. Would be nice to get update as soon as possible.

Are you using any 3rd party tools? I can't check your specs as you don't seem to be giving the full searchable part names.

I have a intel core i3-8100 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB. with 16gbs of memory. I have 120 hours or so on this game and I never had crash issues or any peformance issues and I havent changed any graphic or engine settings. I just entered the playoffs in Mycareer and I cant seem to get past the first quarter. Starting up the game is slightly slower I noticed but my game just closes by itself or sometimes alt tabs out.

Have you checked the NVIDIA Control Panel to make sure that the correct card is being used?

yeah and everything is fine. I appreciate your help but unfortunately I will just have to eat the 3 thousand dollars I spent on the game. God bless you

Make sure you send in a ticket to 2K Support. It could be something simple that their troubleshooting sorts out, or it gets reported to the developers.

useless, they dont sent the ticket to the developers. I have a open ticket since one week

useless, they dont sent the ticket to the developers. I have a open ticket since one week
The initial ticket doesn't get sent, they have to go through troubleshooting first.

Replies can take that long because of how many are in the queue.
