Crashing PlayNow mode
when i go to playnow mode my NBA 2k23 always crashing.. please help me to fix this issue

Does it happen in any other modes?

Have you made sure the correct card is being used for the game?

no. only on the quick game and play mode only. no issue in other mode

I'd still try to check that setting in case it's a game quirk and different modes somehow trigger the card differently.

in other mode is its playable but in quick game play now mode the game is crashing i already re-installed my nba2k23 still same issue, i use my laptop and other device my pc still same issue. still cant play the play now mode

Have you downloaded anything for the game? A custom roster, for example?

yes i download roster inside the nba2k23

That might be the cause. Can you try removing it to confirm?

still crashing evenci remove the download roster
