How to change shoe endorsement brand?

Is there a way to change endorsement brand after choosing the first one?
at the first I'm choosing Nike but I want to change other brand, I've already tried to wear other brand shoes in game and decline negotiation endorsement contract, but no one successful to change shoes brand,
the current shoe brand keep offering me contract negotiation even I decline many times,
So Anyone also have same experience here?

You cant change that once you signed with the,all you can do is make another Player and i wouldnt decline a contract your loosing out on alot of vc
