Release Time Information

There's an article on the 2K Knowledge base on the release dates per time zone!

New Zealand (NZST) - 4:00 AM - Sept 9
Australia (AEST) - 2:00 AM - Sept 9
Japan (JST) - 1:00 AM - Sept 9
Singapore (SGT) - Midnight - Sept 9
United Kingdom (BST) - 5:00 AM - Sept 9
United States (EDT) - Midnight - Sept 9
United States (PDT) - 9:00 PM - Sept 8

It seems to be either midnight at UTC-4 or midnight at UTC+8. So if you can't download yet, wait for the US East Coast to hit midnight.
I am assuming from that list, those in mainland Europe will be at 6:00 AM.

He seemed pretty calm to me. He is absolutely right though. Until people start voting with their wallets you will all get the same trash heap every year. I mean they knew they had enough sheep to pre order it this year to where they didn't even bother making a marketing video for the game lmao.
