FPS drop to unplayable level on Promenade Deck?

Seems fine on the upper level. Go down a floor and lag city.

NBA 2k23 Promenade Low FPS

Anyone experiencing Lag when entering Promenade? I only experience low FPS in Promenade the rest of the location are all fine.

Entering Promenade causes crash to desktop?

As the title says, has anyone been able to enter Promenade? I can enter any area just fine, but Promenade shuts the game down.

idk why 30 minutes ago everything was smooth i have rtx 3060ti mostly 30% usage rn i cant even move while in promenade everything else works someone facing this problem aswell?

I did actually try out fullscreen @60hz to see if it makes any difference. It didn't. Still crashes

Edit: Ok I lowered all settings to as low as possible and tried it again and it worked. Apparently it is a mixture of multiple things that causes this.

I had the same problem as OP and this solved my problem. I was running at 360 hz and apparently the game didn't like that. Changing to 60 hz solved the problem.

Also getting huge FPS drops at promenade, GTX 980. everywhere else is fine. Seems if i leave my camera alone FPS catches up but when i look at jordan challenge or around FPS booms

Have no issues anywhere in the game. Had stuttering in games, but if you turn on V-Sync and Adaptive Rate to "Half rate" (I run it at 144hz) then it fixed it.
