Slow motion when skipping to next appearance

One single thread for this issue.

The first fix to try is to make sure the game is running at 60 Hz with V-Sync on. Then to try that setting on your graphics card.

My Career capped at 60hz?

So i got a 144hz monitor and a good pc (easily handles the game) and tried to change the hz setting in options. All good until here, when i enter a NBA game with my player and start on the bench, i press to simulate to next appearance and nothing happens... it doesn't simulate and i am stuck watching the game....:(
60fps is a freakin nightmare..

Is there any way to fix this?

Change to 60hz , max fps to 60 , vsync on and the other vsync on ( optional as I think it will work with this on off)...

I do all of this thru my AMD application as it does it better, but you can do it in the game menu.

This is causing the game to crash and lose progress now. I've been stuck on the same game for 3 attempts. This needs to be addressed, why is simming in the game determined by graphics quality?
