Possible list of games in future Atari 50 DLC.
June 25, 2024: Atari announces 39 new games + 2 timelines.
Here I will list the possible games that will be in the DLC, the list being assembled from evidence and posts on Atari's social networks.

Game list so far:
Arcade:
-Armored Car;
-Atomic Castle (probably not);
-Berzerk;
-Dark Planet;
-Frenzy;
-Great Guns;
-Lost Tomb;
-Mazer Blazer;
-Minefield;
-Moon War;
-Rescue;
-Tazz-Mania;
-Maybe some more arcade games from Atari itself.

Atari 2600:
-Berzerk (original version and voiced enhanced version));
-M Network Games, such:
-Air Raiders;
-Armor Ambush;
-Astroblast;
-Dark Cavern;
-Frogs and Flies;
-International Soccer;
-Sea Battle;
-Space Attack;
-Star Strike;
-Super Challenge Baseball;
-Super Challenge Football;
-Swordfight.

Atari 5200:
-Berzerk.

Intellivision:
-Atarisoft games and Mattel games.

Atari Jaguar:
-Bubsy in: Fractured Furry Tales;
-Another game that Atari has the rights to.

The focus of the DLC is on Stern and M Networks games. So I believe the two new timelines are about Intellivision vs Atari and Stern's arcade division, but it's possible that there are games from Accolade (which has several games for the Atari 800 and 7800).

I sincerely hope this is the case. Otherwise, we're looking at zero new games for the 400/800/XE platform? I was annoyed and confused enough at the Atari PCs being ignored **BACK IN THE ACTUAL 1980s**. We were always invisible, compared to the 2600 console and the Commodore platforms.

And, of course, the 400/800/XE category is the smallest in this collection, already.

It almost feels targeted. What did we, the Atari PC community, do to offend everyone?

You'll wanna edit the title to be less misleading.

You are right. I just updated.

Was really hoping for Intellivision games in the new update. I will purchase this asap (on console AND PC) if/when they include some of the classics from that system.

I agree, I would also like more 400/800/XE games. I was hoping the ones included in the Atari mini would be added. For me the game I would most like added is Mule.

You know what else I think is wack? The lack of edutainment games. THEY WERE SUCH A HUGE PART OF THE ATARI PC PLATFORM!

I don't know how many of those were first-party titles from Atari, though. I know a bunch of the were from Spinnaker Software, and who knows who has the rights to all their stuff, by now.

The point is, modern schools could legitimately benefit from the old edutainment games.

Kids are too busy learning about gay pride instead of playing wholesome games. But I digress...

Many or all of the games on this list will be in the Atari 50 DLC.

I suspected that Atari was able to negotiate for the rights to Checkered Flag as it wasn't included in the recent Epyx Handheld Collection on Switch. Even glancing at the game's page on Steam shows Atari holds the publishing rights. I'm hopeful that the Jaguar version will also make an appearance.

Battlezone's inclusion on the 400 mini shows that Atari can license the title from Rebellion, I hope they can include it in A50.

The additional Lynx and 7800 titles are also promising. I've felt that Desert Falcon was a glaring omission from A50, and I'll be curious to try more Lynx titles.

Atari already had Checkered Flag. Pixel Games UK initially published Checkered Flag as Epyx in developers; It turns out that shortly afterwards they switched to Atari because they discovered that they were the owners of that IP.

I suspect it will have the homebrew game Bentley Bear's Crystal Quest (7800), as the presence of homebrews has already been confirmed, in addition to Atari being the legal owner of Atariage.
